Junior Web Developer
Job Summary:
Work alongside the IT manager to develop and maintain in house web based systems, while proactively developing new revenue streams. Day to day duties will also include assisting the sales team in taking telephone calls and answering queries.
Primary Responsibilities
- New website Creation and design
- CSS Coding on existing platform enhancements
- Graphic Design mock-ups for websites & promotions
- jQuery Enhancement, PHP, MySql, HTML coding
- Product Data Management, Price Increases & Product Removal
- Working alongside our internal SEO Team to implement onsite changes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good conceptual grasp on web technologies & platforms
- Transforming Photoshop designs to CSS
- Willingness to learn PHP, jQuery, HTML, CSS, MySQL
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to establish priorities, and proceed with objectives
- Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Good time-keeping; communication and keyboard skills
Credential and Experience
- Good motivation to learn and a keen interest in web technologies
